My name is Paul Walker and for over 30 years I have been working as a financial consultant, career and business advisor and real estate appraiser/broker.

I have been called a “professional reductionist” and I find it is an apt description.

I have the ability to take complex data and identify the key factors that are critical to making the best decision. This skill makes me an excellent review appraiser, real estate value analyst, expert witness, insightful career consultant and money management consultant. But while I enjoy the analytical side of my job, what I enjoy the most is helping others. Even if it means referring you to a different expert if we are not a good fit.
