A Wholistic Approach to Finding Your Ideal Career

Finding the ideal career combines your personal interest, ideal lifestyle, skills, and personality to find or create meaningful work at a place you enjoy going to. Too often people do what they are good at, not what they love doing. Just because someone is good at math does not mean they want to spend their life looking at spreadsheets or working as an engineer. Others work at jobs because they feel obligated to do so. We take a wholistic approach to help you identify and find the ideal career.

Four Step Process

First you send me a list of 50 things you like to do. We then consider your current situation. The third step is to evaluate eight factors that drive success and happiness. The final step is to create an implement a plan to get the ideal job.

While this is great advice it is a little vague, as maxims often are. What you need is a time line. So, we will create an outline with a time line that you can follow to achieve your career goals.
